Building Fund Donor Recognition Program
Fleming County Hospital is providing an opportunity for others to recognize individuals and organizations that believe in the importance of access to healthcare in this Community and would like to support the building, programs and services that will continue to allow the provision of quality healthcare to the community. In its attempt to extend appreciation to donors, the hospital is offering a variety of recognition vehicles.
Recognition Levels:
Memorial Level: Less than $500
You will receive a letter of appreication from the Board.
Bronze Level: $500-$999
Bronze Leaf on the Tree of Life just off the hospital lobby
Silver Level: $1000-$4999
Silver Leaf on the Tree of Life just off the hospital lobby
Gold Level: $5000-$9999

How can I give?
Cash- ease and convenience make cash gifts the most popular type of chartiable gift. Fleming County Hospital will accept donations in any amount. A gift of cash is considered made on the date it was mailed or hand delivered. Donations to this hospital are tax deductible.
Intent to Give (Pledges)- Many donors are willing to pledge or commit to a gift that they may not be able to pay at one time. Fleming County Hospital gratefully accepts a written pledge to give for multiple years. The pledge should be for a special amount that will be paid within 5 years from the date of the pledge.
Appreciated Assets- An often attractive alternative to a cash gift is a gift of appreicated property. With proper planning, gifts of certain types of property can provide greater tax benefits than a gift of cash. The hospital will accept publicly traded and used securities, real estate and personal property.
Planned Giving- Fleming County Hospital will accept bequests, life insurance or gift annuities.
