 The Critical Care Unit (CCU) consists of four private suites with state-of-the-art cardiac and pressure-monitoring capabilities. The unit is staffed with a Registered Nurse 24 hours a day. All CCU nurses are required to be certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. The unit serves an adult populations with surgical, medical and cardiac problems. The unit also has a state of the art 8-bed telemetry unit to monitor patients in the medical-surgical unit.
