About Dr. Kearns…
Dr. Kearns received his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He completed his residency in surgery at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA.
Board certified by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Kearns strives to meet the surgical needs of his patients and provides over 25 years of experience in general surgery.
